Kelsey joined the Moran Mortgage Team in 2017. Since her addition, Kelsey has acquired crucial skills for success in the mortgage industry. A passion for placing people in the best loan products and executing their purchase experience with utmost professionalism and education. Her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management made her an ideal fit to help grow and lead our team. Kelsey’s free time is spent attending sporting events with her two children, Melanie and Xavier.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
